Poor Service and ongoing bas experiences

I have been waiting for Fibre for the last two months and each time all Afrihost can do is Escalate to Evotel .I have a 10mb ASDL line which barely goes to 5 mb and again ,all Afrihost can do is escalate this matter to Telkom (going on for over a year now ). I cannot work effectively without buying more data (with Afrihost) and now its more cheaper to buy from MTN . CAN AFRIHOST DO ANYTHING EXCEPT SEND MESSAGES NOW ???
