Poor service and no connection for over a month

I have been trying to get fibre for the last month since open serve connected my line. I have called afrihost numerous times to help get set up as all it’s saying is that there is no internet connection. Back and forth and still no connection at my home for the last few weeks and I think it’s time to cancel before I even have started. Absolutely ridiculous service and I’m furious now. Nobody seems to be able to assist me or they just don’t care about their clients...
