Poor service and network

Poor network performance and service. Tried to fix it. Have made countless calls for assistance and there has been no change. Now we're trying to cancel because we're obviously not getting any joy from them and they say they'll only process the cancellation at the end of the month. Almost a month of very poor Internet and they still keep you hostage to their poor service.
