Poor service and misleading customers

Im sorry to write this review. The Afrihost team were not helpful. I queried withdrawing my policy in January as i was not happy with the current network provider. They advised me i have to wait until 31 March to do so. I query withdrawing today. They said i should have told them on the 15th of March. This was no advised to me previously. I asked to speak to a manager. They refused to transfer me. They just lost a client due to poor service. Maybe they will realise that they are meant to be an Interent Service Provider. Thanks for nothing Afrihost.
