POOR SERVICE AND FALSE INFORMATION

If I could I would give them zero stars! When signing up for their LTE products for both myself and my parents I was told and even shown in an email that we will have 2TB of data before being FUP capped, since last month after 2 months of good service all of a sudden now we are being capped at 150gb data used to speeds of 0.5mb

Absolutely pathetic service from them!!! No one can tell me why or help me, I have been fighting for a week now with no resolve and no answers.
