POOR SERVICE AND DISAPPEARING DATA

I received cellc fixed wireless 20gig package from afrihost on the 30th of may 2019. On the midnight of the 1st of june i received my allocation of data and by 3am the morning the data had been used without me using it on any of my devices. Afrihost says theres nothing they can do.
