Poor service and delayed feedback

For 2 days now I have been experiencing internet service at 5% productivity. Getting through to Afrihost telephonically can take 30 minutes at a time and emails take 24 hours to get a decent response! This just a week after the incorrect data allocations and invoicing. Can this please be attended to, I cannot possibly sit on hold for 30 minutes each phone call and am in back to back meeting all day today!
