Poor service and customer care

I would not advice anyone to use Afrihost.com, their service is very very very poor. They always charge me for arrears even if I paid on time or before time and they keep my emails suspended even if I have paid all my accounts. This happens almost every month. I go a day or two without access to my emails waiting for them to fix their problem every month.They have increased their hosting amount but still charges extra R50 for arrears even if the account was paid on time. I feel like I am being ****med by them because they ensure that I always pay more for using their services. If I submit a support ticket they call me but can't solve my problem instead they always tell me they are transferring my call to another person and hang up on me and never call back again and this happened many times. The only solution is for me to always settle the amount in arrears of the account paid on time or before time.
