Poor service and comunication

It has been two weeks since a service transfer to a new office premises has been requested. To this date it is unclear whether the service can be installed at the new premises and when it will be complete. Afrihost is providing new and conflicting information every few days. This has however not stopped them from invoicing and billing the new non-existent service.
