Poor service, again!!
I cancelled my ADSL account last month and requested that my ADSL line be moved back to Telkom. Now Afrihost is saying it will take another 14 days for the account to be moved. Why will it take another 14days if it was cancelled in advance? <br> <br> Incompetence of Afrihost is unbelievable.<br>

Sorry to hear about the issues here. Unfortunately Telkom require a 14 day migration period, this is standard practise across all ISPs in the country.
