Poor Service - Afrihost

An utterly poor service, I tried buying an LTE device from Afrihost to go with the LTE service I bought from them after I used another device that got my service locked. New device R1500 later arrived(had to choose another because the original product was out of stock) and had to find out over whatsapp that I bought the wrong device from them. You can only choose 1 out of 4 expensive models that will work. I did not see any evident information to point this out to me.

I'm closing down my LTE package with you and moving to Axxess who lets me use any device on their network.
