Poor Service, Account Disable for no REASON

I have learned the hard way, just because a company was excellent in the beginning does not mean that they will be the same when they grow larger.<br> <br> Afrihost use to give excellent service, and they still do to get you to sign up. Literally just to sign up. Firstly near the end of last month I phoned and ticketed the living hell out of Afrihost confirming over and over that what I wanted to have done on one of their dedicated servers was possible. Over and over they confirmed it was so I bought and found out the exact opposite. Now all of the sudden what I wanted to have done was impossible! Not the topic of my complaint just a recent example of incompetence. <br> <br> So get home, think its time to top-up my data and try to get into clientzone only to be greeted by a friendly \account disabled"sign.
