Poor service
SHOCKED! I am at a loss for words. All the bad reviews on here is a testament to how bad the service started to get. Afrihost you dropped the ball big time.
Have been experiencing fibre connectivity issue over past few days. Logged call ticket [#LYK-***8] . finally had enough and decided to call their support center . Only to be on hold for 59 MINUTES! call dropped after 30 minutes.
is this really the service we can expect from the "ISP of the year "?

Currently looking for another ISP to replace this one. Taking all the poeple I referred over the years with me.
