poor service

I am very much disappointed with Afrihost ast they could not help me block my air mobile sim as ive lost my phone they keep ao saying i must cancel the sim of which i dont what to cancel just to block it and i will reactivate when i get a new device. now all my contacts are at risk of being ****med because of this poor service from your whatsapp staff
