Poor service

This is so unprofessional that a client must tell you what is wrong with their internet and you can't figure it out yourselves. As I spoke to 6 different people working there and every time it is the same procedure as if the one tries to know more than the other BUT did not succeed aswell. I received a new sim card and still doesn't work. They can't tell you the problem is actually with RAIN because my data works fine in a different city . Making use of a more sufficient supplier as I am gatvol for Afrihost.
