Poor service.

I’ve been with Afrihost for more than 5 years, unfortunately the service has declined to a point where I had to cancel them completely. My fibre relocation was the most ********** dealing so far, unfortunately somehow they managed to read my address wrong after sending various emails and calls indicating the correct one leading to the fibre being delayed by 3 weeks. This is not on if people are making a living from wifi services. Inconvenienced and disappointed.
