Poor Service

End of March, I had ordered an LTE Mobile Wi-Fi Modem along with their 10GB Data Bundle. I had sent in money online to pay for it and the money cleared and was confirmed. During April I had called and was told that they were out of stock with the modem in question but they said they were going to send in my delivery once they had stock. End of April I had communicated with one of their consultants who informed me that they had discontinued the sale of said modem and that they would cancel my order and \credit"me with my funds. It is now May and I am disappointed with the way that Afrihost has handled the situation as I have not heard a single word from them since April and no action has been taken to sort this out. Never thought I would see the day that Afrihost is worse than Telkom in terms of problem solving..."""
