Poor service

I have struggled now for over 2 weeks to set up my Windows 10 Mailbox. I have sent numerous screen shots and e-mails, followed a lot of instructions and checked numerous settings, and every time with no success. On the last mail the have requested screenshots of the accounts in questions, with the advanced settings. After this they claimed that all the screenshots are the same, but it was screenshots for each account individually with the advanced settings as requested for each account, with the e-mail name on top of each screen shot and account name was also typed in above each screen shot. To struggle for more than 2 weeks to set up e-mail it not on, and to log into Afrihost every time to check mails is also not on. how difficult can it be to get the correct info to set up a simple e-mail account.
