Poor service

<p>We can't seem to go a week without there being a problem with our various email accounts hosted through Afrihost. They take forever to get back to me and I in turn run up a big phone bill calling them back repeatedly to get the problems resolved.<br />They also don't reply timeously enough via their online support systems (live chat and email). All the while my emails are down (sometimes a whole week at a time) and I lose out on business and look unprofessional to my clients.</p>
