Poor service!!!!!

Poorest service ever received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waited 6 months for instalation! got instalation 3 weeks ago......no internet service since then....been phoning everydag on the phone for 1 to 3 hours and still does not wor**** Asked to release the line so I can go to another service provider but they cant to that either!!!!
