Poor service.

After 10 days they could not fet us connected. My son cancelled the agreement with them after pqying R500. The next month they took another R1000, and again the following month.. Now we are at R2500 without hav8ng access to anything. They agreed to collect the router and took an9ther R250 (over inflated for Courier Guy), but the router is still here. Help desk - terrible service, financial section, only there to collect. They refuse to pay the money back that they took off the account for NO service at all. Will never recommend them at al, Service is very poor and staff that should help you are very arrogant and unhelpfull. Never again.
