Zero Customer Service WhatsApp responses that are useless. Everytime you chat, it is a new person who is not well trained.

You would rather few people who know the systems well than many who know nothing about the business.

I see that Gian has done nothing about this and this is not a good sign for growth.

I am waiting for 288 hours just to connect an existing line
