Poor Service

I was an Afrihost customer for many years using their ADSL service. I used to be very happy with their service. Earlier in this year fibre became available in our area and I decided to stay with Afrihost, to my regret. Since switching to fibre, I had nothing but problems with Afrihost. From my router being blocked on their network, to *********** support staff, the headaches just didn’t end. The last straw was having them continuously block ports to prevent me from accessing my CCTV and alarm system from the internet. Afrihost showed very little interest in resolving my problems, to the point that I had enough of them and cancelled my service.
