Poor service

You guys offer a sim to test your service, then you end up delivering the sim to someone else, sending me a notification advising that it has been received. I have been so long with Afrihost and am still with them, yet they cant deliver to the correct address and what makes it worse is that the recipient needed to provide and ID copy, so I wonder who you guys ended up giving it

My recent experience has been absolutely **********, the support from Afrihost has become terrible and a pain to deal with
