Poor Service

I have not received any service from this company since Friday they dont answer the phones at the service centre they reply to whattsapp requests 2hours later when u visit the walking center the agents are arrogant and make u feel as if it's your fault their service is so bad and their equipment does not work I think we need a Facebook and Twitter campaign against the company.
