Poor Service

I have 3 wixed wifi routers and 1 uncapped line at afrihost. The last wifi router is not working. I have signal but no internet. I have spoken to several agents and managers, all of them told me that they will call me back without anyone calling. Its been more than a month already!! For the last month I tried to phone afrihost, due to high call volumes Afrihost cant even take my call. They refer me to there whats app. No response from the agent!!!!!! Must say I have been a client for the last 3 years. Afrihost your client service is starting to get out of hand. There is no service anymore!!!! I expect one of your managers to contact me immediately and resolve my problem, otherwise I take my business to someone els!!! Afrihost went from Good to pathetic!!
