Poor service

I logged a call of slow internet and connection dropping the whole time, I did everything they asked, put in shorter line, use another router, used other details, that was Tuesday, and today I still haven't heard anything back. I bought 2 routers and it still not working properly, I pay for a 10mb connection, which has been fine until last week when they worked on the telkom box right in front of my complex, right in front of the place I stay in. <br> <br> I told this to afrihost and they don't come back with any feedback at all, Afrihost was fine 2 years ago, now they I probably one of the worst ISPs out there. Now with the new router I still only get 5mb/s.<br>
