Poor service

Have had no internet for 6 days. Due to their Vumatel maintenance agreement I have had no feedback unless I phone Afrihost and they have to contact Vumatel by email to get an update which is vague. Afrihost are losing a client because of this. Vumatel won't because they have a monopoly in this area. I will complain to ICASA and temporarily change to LTE but not with Afrihost. I have been with Afrihost for many years...what a pity
