Poor service

For more than 5 years Afrihost has been successfully hosting our website however in the website is going down on a daily basis. All that i receive is an email with techno jargon and the next day the site is down again. No one appears to be able or willing to resolve the issue on a long term basis rather opting for a quick 24 hour solution. Now I am not getting a response to emails for assistance.
