Poor service

Afrihost has been unreliable lately. In the past 6 weeks, we've had 3 unexpected outages in the Dainfern area. They don't notify customers of outages; you are only notified when you call in to report that your Wi-Fi is down. If your call hangs up, the customer agents never call back. What a disappointment. I missed two meetings today because there was another outage. Called them, and the agents just said there's an outage; we have no ETA. Does Afrihost realize that some of their customers are remote workers and not taking our calls seriously can cost us our jobs?
