Poor service

Iv being experiencing endless problems from the 17 January im paying for a 50mb line which im getting speeds of 2mb last month I payed full R698 for 50mb still up to date my speeds is bad I asked them to credit me for these 2 months my order is getting cancelled so February bill i must pay R698 for a 2mb line
