Poor server management by Afrihost.

Hi host various websites with Afrihost. I have always been very happy with them since moving over from Axxess, but lately I am having endless problems. I am losing business because of Afrihost!!! My website is down more than up the last week and nothing is being done by it. I explained how this affect my business but it falls on death ears. I don't understand how a great company can turn into such a mess in such a short period of time.
