Poor product specifications

Firstly this is not a reflection on service received from afrihost, I have found there service excellent. My problem is the router they supp**** with the MTN LTE sim card does not support DDNS (ZTE MF286C). The product sheet from afrihost just has basic functions and does not indicate if portforwarding, DDNS and the advanced settings are available so I googled it. When I google ZTE MF286C DDNS, the info I found, it says it has DDNS function but after consulting with Afrihost they said it does not. I dont want to cancel the contract, I just want to return the router but the friendly afrihost consultant said this is not possible and I will not be credited the R1500 for the router. This router costs R2500, it is quite pathetic that it does not have DDNS function.
