Poor Poor Shocking Slow Service

I am so appalled by the service we have received by Afrihost. We had our fiber installed into our complex a month ago and still no internet connection. We have called about 100 times to get this sorted and each time there is a new excuse as to why its not working. Firstly no one ever calls us back we always have to call them back. The last I have heard is that they can connect our internet remotely however they will only do it next week. THIS IS DISGUSTING. We want this sorted out TODAY!!!
