Poor poor service Nd disregard

I signed up with afrihost where I was staying. I moved out a couple of months later and cancelled my line and account in August already knowing it will be cancelled at the end of September and I'd pay for the month of September. I then get an email saying my line has been reactivated. I emailed them asking for the IP address to which I received no mail back. Eventually I recieved an email after bombarding them with the IP address. I have cross referenced the IP address with all my sources of software and get told it's your problem even though I know I didnt activate the line again. The IP address listed in pretoria and I never go there and for a different person. I'm not stupid and know to cross check IP address and owners of said IP's.
