Poor poor Service

Poor Poor Service... SLAs are out of bounce. Ridiculous to talk to different consults and get 6 different response for the same issue. Trying to setup and activate a new account and its day 4 already and nothing. Just been advised the same thing, " its being escalated to a different department " .... What a joke!
