Poor poor service

Lost my job due to the horrible internet service rendered by this ISP.

Struggled to get an internal account sorted all I got was a we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you at this time.

When the damage was done and I was dismissed they still had the nerve to bill me for a full months service. When I requested to have it terminated they rendered 15 days. Didn't even reimburse me half the money or anything.

To all the work at home folks I wouldn't recommend this ISP.
