Poor poor service

I ordered fiber installation on 13 March 2022. I got a text a few days later, saying that the technician was on their way. I waited and waited. And then got a text to say, oh no, they'll be at mine the next day. They never came. The only thing I got since March is the router. I have since been calling Afrihost every week, and sending emails to ask when the fiber will be installed. I keep getting the same answer: "I will follow up and get back to you". And then no one gets back to me. This is completely unacceptable.
