Poor Poor Poor Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Connected with Afri host for fibre - and at that stage the fibre was not available they delivered the modem but did not install , i then purchased another product to have until the fibre would be available , then the network coverage was not good and i had to return the product , again on the clientzone it shows that there is network coverage , i then cancelled the fibre modem with afri host on the client zone as per there request and now they are billing me for the modem that has not been installed or used once , and i did not pay for the modem in the 1st place ???????????????????????? the status of the modem changed on the client zone site and once again you struggle to communicate with anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i will not recommend anyone to Afrihost there is no support service from Afri host terrible terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
