POOR POOR POOR!!!

Why can't I give a 0 star? would be more appropriate. I've been waiting for over a month for my fiber installation. I know it is up to the isp to install the line, but 1 month? every time I make contact with them they say that the problem has been escalated but still, nothing happens. I'm so sick and tired of hearing their excuses. Stay away unless you never want internet.
