Poor poor customer care

What an odd company, give great products, and are quick to respond, but their after sales problem solving is atrocious.. My fixed line LTE has been down for a week now, they charged me on the day for collection (R263) to determine what is wrong with the modem. They are yet to collect. In the mean time I won’t have any service if it is up to them Reference: MQY-***1.
