poor pathetic services since i started

We started with Afrihost, since we started they deducted immediately the money after 4 days u get letters of suspension. And we have own ip adress aso immediately deducted from my bank account.Now my line is do slow! Afrihost is poor service and *********** people. Every day you dealing with different people needs explanation all over again with stupid answer. The statement say this. My bank account show deductions, who is wrong and write. the statement or my bank account
