Poor pathetic service

You are not even worthy of 1 star. I am online on WhatsApp with a constant since 09h19 and currently _ 11h00 _ waiting since 10h30 for a response from the consultant supposedly assisting me. I'm not sure if Pinky has gone to tea or lunch 🤔 but I have not been informed. I don't have an active WiFi service which I am entitled to because I have paid my monthly subscription 🙃 and my data is about to be depleted. Does ANYONE at Afrihost care?
