Poor Pathetic Service Afrihost and Vumatel

I have relocated and have trying to get my fibre issues sorted for more than a week now. Vumatel came through and connected a new ONT, it worked for three days. Then no wifi, enquiry after enquiry was made, eventually after 4 days they say Vuma is no longer the Fibre provider in the complex, I paid R1400 or so for the new installation. Its now 7 days. Afrihost does not know what is going on, it has been escalated about 15 times, you cannot speak to any Manager from both Vuma and Afrihost. Please do not get involved with these providers and they are pathetic! Please call me Afrihost. Afrihost Consultants are not trained. They dont know who the Fibre provider is??
