Poor pathetic service

Upgraded my 2mbps package to 10mbps.. 7days now with numerous calls and emails and my line speed most of the time 0. 35mbps.... V Can not stream... Awaiting there all back that was scheduled for 18h00 - 18h30.. Never happened.. Pathetic... No one can sort my issue.. They keep saying its Telkom... They (Telkom) were at my house today and could not find any fault on the Telkom lines but still Afrihost keep on telling that it's a Telkom issue.. I will definitely not recommend to anyone.. Unless someone from Afrihost assist asap... Which I believe will not happen.. See many similar complaints..... So.. Who is at fault here... And still I need to pay my monthly premium... For no service.... Sorry this was the last time.
