Poor network service

Really poor service from afrihost have to say the fibre line is more off then telkoms adsl lines, i will not be paying for internet this month this is really poor service the network infrastructure is really poor. We are in the age of people working from home and now that is the main usage of internet these days.

every time i log a call on the whatsapp line the keep telling me no that there is a problem with frogfoot, i do networking for a living and i tell them what is wrong but its still someone else's fault.
