Poor network performance and support
The network has been consistently slow for many consecutive days and the support staff have absolutely no idea what is going on and therefore are of no help whatsoever.<br> <br> A message to the CEO was responded to by an automatic message which said that he may not ever get back to me.<br> <br> I would not recommend this ISP to anyone who expects a reliable internet experience.
