Poor network. Afrihost

Wifi is terrible. Used 2 different routers, still the same. Wifi comes and goes. It's frustrating working from home. I have the 100/100 line. My TV and PC's both use LAN via the routers, suppose to get higher constant speed but still losses connectivity. Called the call centre and nothing they can do. I am told that they are working in the area but surely they can't be working on the same line for weeks now. This is just poor service. Thinking of really changing my ISP.
