Poor LTE Fixed Wireless, even worse support/feedback system.

LTE Fixed wireless is atrocious , iv'e reported numerous problems and still have not received a resolution. I politely asked to provide me with a service that works and up to now, my current provided service has deteriorated even more and i still have not had any feedback regarding my request. Iv'e been with Afrihost for years, and after the recent issues they have been experiencing taking on RAIN as an ISP, i will not recommend this specific product to anyone, as the support system sucks, and there is absolutely NO INTERNET JOY on the current product. I will be cancelling my service with them with immediate effect. Extremely unsatisfied.
