Poor ISP service from Afrihost

I have a fixed wireless lte line with Afrihost, Cell C being the service provider. Since 2 March, when some general maintenance was carried out, my service has been inactive. I have been called and emailed by several support members, having to provide the same details numerous times. The fault apparently is Cell C', so we have to wait for them Its been 2 weeks and I cannot understand why and how this takes so long to solve. From a company that is normally on the ball. I am reviewing here as they do not have s customer service line, and I don't want to speak to any more support staff.
